I am trying to figure out what is wrong with this printer that I support in my department. I run out of choices and decided to contact Dell support by chat. After waiting for almost 30mins for someone to talk to me, I explained my problem and relayed the error message I was getting on the printer. Instead of getting a response from the agent, I was asked what the meaning of the error message. I thought this was just miscommunication but he did ask me for the meaning of the error message. The same reason why I was chatting and wasting my time with him online. Grrr!!!
